Refund Policy

At You Fragrances we value each and every one of our customers - and so - if your order arrives damaged or faulty we will offer you a full refund or replacement (stock permitting).

We DO NOT however, offer refunds on change of mind purchases.

Cancelled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

If your parcel arrives damaged please send us an email - [email protected] with clear photo evidence of the damage.
Please keep all packaging together until you hear from us as this evidence will be forward to the courier service.
All items are carefully packaged and these damages are infrequent but not impossible. Please send us this email of the damaged items preferably within a 48 hour window of receiving your package.
